Great people, with tremendous passion, but also knowledge. Incredibly progressive, giving hope for the development in Poland of this beautiful sport of beach volleyball... regret that for me it's already a little late ;) although I still play - largely thanks to the camp in Alicante, in which I had the incredible pleasure to participate. I highly recommend it!
I come to Sand and Travel, regularly, and take advantage of the yoga and motorcycle classes that are held there, right next to the beach volleyball training. There is also an open gym there. I highly recommend it! After the workout, you can take an outdoor shower and have a drink from the bar. Lots of loungers, hammocks, you can poczilowac.
Mega mega recommend. The people make up a super place, coming there you will learn everything from scratch, the coaches adjust the training depending on your level and commitment, they can squeeze out skills you didn't even know you could have. Camps, trainings, workouts, every year gather more and more people of a wide age range, super committed and getting into beach volleyball also thanks to the already existing team playing and training for several years. I personally train at the Sand and Travel facility, come and check it out and you won't regret it. In truth, there you can fulfill your little dream of going to a volleyball camp or just playing with people with a super keen mind. By training with Proskos you will contribute to the promotion of beach volleyball in Poland, you can feel the impact on your own skin and in the way the people who create this place work all year round for this community. The atmosphere on the Poznań Sand and Travel courts is unique...and on the away CAMPs the level is even higher. I recommend to all fans of beach volleyball 😀.

I highly recommend this organization to all those who want to develop their passions in the area of volleyball. A great place is the Proskos courts in Poznan (Piach i Podróże) - super atmosphere, you can both play volleyball and have a beer with friends, and Marcin and Julia make sure that you feel like friends there. If anyone from Poznan has not yet been there, I sincerely recommend it!

Great organization that gives you the opportunity to develop your beach volleyball skills no matter what level you are at - in my case it was starting from A1 which was no problem at all. The atmosphere at the trainings is always friendly, and the coaches support and mobilize you to continue working! Camps are a super opportunity to meet cool people and develop in the field of beachcombing (especially cool Zbąszyń and Portugal). I highly recommend all events and initiatives organized by Proskos, because they are always at a high level and you can develop your skills, and both coaches and other participants are open and positive people.
Proskos is made up of brilliant people who love beach volleyball. Training and camps at a very high level, professionally and at the same time in a great atmosphere. Praia da Rocha and Zbąszyń are a must have!
If to a beach volleyball camp then only with Proskos! :D Portimao in Portugal is a place that every beach volleyball fan should visit, and certainly with Proskos. This camp is a dozen days of training, tournaments, non-sports attractions, integration. Professional staff, perfect organization and great participants. If there is chemistry then there is only one thing missing. Which one? "Timing" And in this case, one combines with the other: chemistry + timing = LOVE :)

Unforgettable experience, intensive training, above all, the struggle with yourself. The organization is 5+ , the atmosphere is great, full professionalism and individual approach to each participant. All this makes it hard to return home, but also impatiently waiting for the next camp. Thank you again for everything and see you soon.
I would like to thank the whole team for the atmosphere was great:)!!! I hope that this was not our first and also the last meeting:p President and Lysolk mega big thank you for the opportunity to participate in this Camp and for a lot of valuable comments, tips and show how to properly perform the various elements and what you need to work on a lot more. Proskos and camp in Albania is for me unforgettable moments, hard training, full professionalism and also a lot of sand even in the rooms;);) The best coaches and, of course, all the Mordecai ;)Shtos team of 45 people, each completely different but all in one place for one reason, love for the beach. The camp in Olsztyn is a fantastic job by the gentlemen from Proskos! :-) Thoughtful (but also exhausting) training, polishing every element of the beach craft, a lot of valuable comments, but in addition to this also a great atmosphere alongside people who share the same passion :-) I've been once, but I'm sure I will take advantage of the Proskos offer more than once - motivation for further training has increased to the maximum :-) I recommend to everyone :-)

Brilliant initiative. Trainers involved, Marcin perfectly describes exercises and explains them. All trainings well thought out, time was spent on each element of the game. I recommend to everyone, it is not easy but certainly worth it. I hope I will be able to go to Proskos again someday :) Greetings by the way to all the team from Olsztyn :)
